ब्रिटेन. लंदन ब्रिज पर हुए आतंकी हमले में दो लोगों की मौत हो गई। स्थानीय समयानुसार शुक्रवार दोपहर 2 बजे लंदन ब्रिज पर एक शख्स ने अचानक लोगों पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया था। पुलिस ने जवाबी कार्रवाई करते हुए हमलावर को मौके पर ही मार गिराया। हमलावर अपने शरीर पर नकली विस्फोटक उपकरण पहने हुआ था। पुलिस ने इसे आतंकी हमला बताया।
लंदन पुलिस के अधिकारी ने बताया कि हमलावार ने अचानक चाकू से हमला करना कर दिया। घटना में घायल दो लोगों की इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई हैं अन्य का इलाज जारी है। पुलिस ने हमलावर को मौके पर ही मार गिराया था।

ब्रिटिश प्रधानमंत्री बोरिस जॉनसन ने ट्विट कर तुरंत जवाबी कार्रवाई करने के लिए पुलिस की प्रशंसा की है। जॉनसन के कहा ' मैं तत्काल प्रतिक्रिया के लिए पुलिस और सभी आपातकालीन सेवाओं को धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं '
